The Cherokee Fitness Complex promotes health and fitness opportunities to all ages. We strive to provide a wide array of health and fitness opportunities for all members. We strive to drive increased attendance for the Cherokee Fitness Complex through community relations- EBCI and non-EBCI members, and local business relationships. Our services and amenities include youth and adult fitness classes, personal training services, state of the art strength and cardio equipment, and fitness store with smoothie and health supplement items.

Parisi Speed School

About Parisi Speed School:
Parisi Speed School has been developing training techniques to improve speed and agility in young athletes for over 30 years. With 100+ locations in the United States and worldwide, 1 million youth athletes and over 130 NFL Draft Picks and first round draft picks in every major sport have used the proven Parisi Training System to build their athletic skills, making us the leader in safe youth sport performance training.

From athletes 7-years-old all the way to the Professional and Olympic ranks, the Parisi Speed School has allowed athletes to do the two things our program strives for. Athletes have improved their athletic performance, but more importantly, have developed greater self-confidence.

Recovery

HydroMassage Lounge:
HydroMassage relieves muscle soreness, stress, and aids post-workout recovery. Sessions are 10-15 minutes, fully customizable for speed, intensity, location, and temperature.

Normatec:
NormaTec is the leader in rapid recovery, providing a competitive edge to the world’s elite athletes, coaches, and trainers. Their mission is to make recovery an integral part of every athlete’s training, and they believe NormaTec systems are the best way to achieve this. The NormaTec Recovery Systems are dynamic compression devices designed for recovery and rehab, utilizing patented PULSE technology to help athletes recover faster between training and after performances.

RedFit Sauna Room:
Improved cardiovascular health; saunas can increase heart rate and improve circulation. Detoxification; The heat from saunas promotes sweating which helps flush out toxins and heavy metals from the body. Stress relief; the heat in saunas relaxes muscles and releases endorphins, leading to a calming effect and reduce stress levels. Skin health; saunas can rejuvenate the skin by providing oxygen and moisture, enhancing hydration and vitality.

Group Fitness Classes

Spin (1 Hour)
Cardio workout for all fitness levels on a stationary spin bike. It is an all-terrain workout that includes sprints, climbs, and interval training.

AAA Muscle Conditioning Express (30 Minutes)
Muscle conditioning workout that focuses on arms, abs, and a**.

Functional Fitness (30 Minutes)
Functional training workout that includes strength, balance, core training, and stretching. Perfect for beginners and seniors.

AAA Muscle Conditioning (45 Minutes – 1 Hour)
Muscle conditioning class that focuses on arms, abs and a**.

Friday Fitness (30 Minutes – 1 Hour)
Workout of the day (WOD) that includes both cardio and muscle conditioning exercises.

Jumping With G (30 Minutes)
Rebounding class on the trampoline that includes cardio and muscle toning.

CFC Run Club (45 Minutes)
Outside group run for all levels at a variety of off-site locations.

Tabata (45Minutes – 50 Minutes)
A cardio dance workout using a variety of dance styles and music genres for a fun calorie-burning workout.

Zumba/Dance Fitness (45 Minutes)
A cardio dance workout using a variety of dance styles and music genres for a fun calorie-burning workout.
